  • AVTI 2000 also contains all of your support information like building data, performance data, contact information, accounting codes, lease summary information and calendar planning.
  • AVTI 2000 was developed with an understanding of property tax management based on our vast experience with a multitude of various clients with property throughout the country and continues to be refined with the support and input of our clients and licensees.
  • AVTI 2000 is not a browser based software program, it is a Microsoft Access 2000© database program that can be installed locally at a licensee's office; it does support multi-user and network configurations.
  • AVTI 2000 can also be installed at our facility for a licensee and can be accessed through almost any browser or in full screen using Citrix Metaframe© and NFuse© technology. This allows access to the information from almost any computer with access to the internet.
