Moneque Melendez, joined AVTI’s Western Region office in 1994. She provides direct assessment services and support for approximately thirty clients. These services involve the methodology and application of direct assessments, whereby Moneque maintains a thorough knowledge of many California governmental special assessment agency’s operations and refund processes. Her responsibilities entail field inspections, situs evaluation and analysis, direct assessment appeal preparation, and obtaining adjustments and/or refunds through the Special Districts and County Tax Collector.
Moneque earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, California, majoring in Finance, Real Estate and Law. |
