Lisa A. Stark joined AVTI’s Western Region office in 2000. She provides client services that include the valuation and appeal of both real estate and personal property assessments. Her real property experience includes property valuation, field inspections, assessment review, appeal preparation and database management. Personal Property experience includes analysis of fixed asset reports, audit review and field inspections. Ms. Stark has performed numerous service station valuations in the recent Exxon Mobil and BP projects.
Ms. Stark received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance and Real Estate from California State University, San Bernardino. She is furthering her education through courses offered by the Appraisal Institute. |
